One on One Talk

One on one talk with my  directly superior.

1 Ask for my currently work ,problems, advice and so on

2 give me advice about current work and point out something I should care  

3 I ask some suggestion actively , he said :

    I am too silent .

    ( yes,I am. I don't like say too much meaningless words, just contact with others when I  need know something about my work. 

      my boss is right ,i should talk more with others .   ) 

    (The other reason, I like to decide without his advice,I think I should do well and  avoid  making trouble  for him )

I will change my work style to adapt his work style and to adapt all team's work style.
