Korean Food, Martha Show & SIG NYC Java meeting

This afternoon, I found a recommendation on www.sinivision.net for a Korean food. After work, I came to Midtown on 8th Ave. and 26th st and ordered the recommended Bulgogi bob. It’s really delicious and cheap. After dinner, I walked east on 26th street to attend SIG New York City Jave Group meeting at Credit Swiss on 11 Madison Ave. and found Martha Stewart studio (actually Chelsea Television Studios). I got in and there would be a talk show soon from 6:30 to 7:30. So, I joined. Actually, Martha didn’t show up. It’s Whatever with Alexis & Jennifer. Four guests are interviewed. The first guest is La La Vazquez. The second guest is a 16 years old young boy Alexander Gould who gave voice for Nemo in “Finding Nemo”. The third guest is Peter Buffet, son of Warren Buffet, who just wrote a book. Jennifer made a joke to ask audience to buy his book, since his father didn’t give him enough money. The fourth and last guest is Vivian Diller, the author of “Face it”. I left around 7:30 pm and walked to Credit Swiss where I had interviewed several times. It was raining the whole night. I thought the first half talking should be JavaFX. Instead, it was DSL presented by Peter Bill from Systemsforge. I left after he finished and before the next guy talked about JavaFX.
