ohasd failed to start at /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl line 443

在Oracle Linux 6.2 上安装11.2.0.1 的RAC，在安装grid时执行root.sh 脚本，报错，如下：

[root@rac1 ~]# /u01/sys_software/product/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
Running Oracle 11g root.sh script...

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/sys_software/product/11.2.0/grid

   Copying coraenv to /usr/local/bin ...

Creating /etc/oratab file...
Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by

ohasd failed to start: Inappropriate ioctl for device
ohasd failed to start at /u01/sys_software/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl line 443.
这个错误是在Oracle 版本11.2.0.1的时候出现，在后面的11.2.0.3的时候就不会有这种问题，而解决方法就是在生成了文件/var/tmp/.oracle/npohasd文件后，root立即执行命令：

/bin/dd if=/var/tmp/.oracle/npohasd f=/dev/nullbs=1024 count=1
