最近一个运行了三年的系统bdump和udump目录突然生成大量类似下面关于异步io的警告。

系统最近没有任何配置上的更改，只是业务量有所增加，在 metalink 上搜索得知，系统命中了一个已知的bug:9772888，大部分平台都有可能遭遇此问题，当系统IO负载量大到一定程度就有可能触发，解决方案是打one-off patch 9772888 或者升级到 11.2 并打11.2.0.2.0 补丁集。

周末，申请了产品系统维护，打了one-off patch 9772888，问题解决。
