Position Description
Responsibilities:
-Work with Project Manager to create technical proposals for customers
-Research and design system architecture
-Deliver high quality software source code on time
-Solve technical issues
-Identify technical risks and look for mitigation plan
-Communicate with customers on email about technical issues

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
-More than 5 years experience in Software development including analysis, design, implementation, testing
-Bachelor or above in Computer science or equivalent
-Familiarity with AWT, SWING, Spring Richclient
-Knowledge of OO Methodology, UML and Design Patterns is essential
-Experienced in architecture design using popular architecture patterns and J2EE Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, EJB etc.)
-Skilled in Junit, abbot and Jmock
-Skilled in Ant
-Skilled in JBoss Servers
-Skilled in Oracle and SQL
-Experience with Linux
-Be able to design and implement key modules independently
-Good oral and written English
