小结：oracle在mount及open时，控制文件及数据文件头关于checkpoint及scn（cnt)的信息是不一样的，会有变动的

mount会验证比较控制文件的stop scn是否等待数据文件（头）的scn(checkpoint)及checkpoint cnt是否一致

open会置数据文件（file header之前：就是源于控制文件中的）的stop scn为无穷大，因为open后，数据库处于变动状态，所以stop scn为不定的，故配置为无穷大

--10046事件可以运行在nomount,mount,open状态下

SQL> alter session set events='10046 trace name context forever,level 12';

Session altered.

SQL> alter session set events='10046 trace name context off';
