12c rac在安装grid软件执行root.sh脚本的时候出现PRCT-1431，CLSRSC-180

今天在安装12c  rac数据库在安装grid软件执行root.sh脚本的时候出现以下报错：

PRCT-1431 : The Oracle ASM Dynamic Volume Manager compatibility attribute is not set for disk group MGMT.

CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command 'srvctl add rhpserver -diskgroup MGMT -storage /mnt/oracle/rhpimages -force'

Died at /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install/orasrvm.pm line 1253.

The command '/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed

解决办法：

我是在vm上安装的   内存分配只有3G，而安装12c数据库要求每个节点的内存至少4G，把内存扩大到4.5G以后 ，root.sh脚本执行成功了。
