第一步：移除旧版本docker（可选），更新包索引，安装https相关包

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl gnupg2 lsb-release software-properties-common

第二步：添加docker官方GPG秘钥，设置仓库
