Scott账号的激活

Scott帐户是一个系统自带的，且没有激活的账户。很多国外的书上都是用这个账户来测试的。

active the scott account step:

a.desc dba_users;

b.select username,account_status from dba_users;

c.alter user scott account unlock;

d.select username,account_status from dba_users;

e.alter user scott identified by tiger

f.select username,account_status from dba_users;
