提纲：

1. Strong sales of exercise apparel do not necessarily indicate that the people in Plainsville are interested in the Nature's Way's product.

2. The popularity of the local health club is little indiction that people in Plainsville  live much healthier lives now, and Nature's Way will earn more profit in Plainsville.

3. The memo contains no evidence to support the assumption that people who exercise regularly are also interested in buying the health food and other health-related products.

4. The fact that a certain fitness for life program is mandatory for P's schoolchildren accomplishes nothing toward bolstering the recommendation.

5. The augrer failed to give out the cost building a new store, so we can not be convinced that the new store will be profitable.

6. The arguer failed to consider other possible factors besides residents haighly concerned with leading healthy lives that may be useful to the exist stores.

7. The recommendation fails to subsitantiate that the interest will continue in the furture.
