 该警告是由于在备份数据库的时候，没有关闭主库直接复制过去，重新将数据文件备份到备库
 恢复文件，警告消失。
 recover managed standby database;

 ORA-16009: remote archive log destination must be a STANDBY database
oracle@pri:~> oerr ora 16009

检查参数，配置并没有错
SQL> show parameter log_archive_dest_2

查看监听文件，里面的主机ip地址配置错误，重新配置问题解决。
