1.    Can you tell me about yourself?
    My name is XX ,you can call me benny. i was born in jiangsu province and graduated from Norhwest Uninversity which locates in Shaanxi ,China in 2005 .
until this year i have been in software industry for more than 6 years .I joined blemu a few weeks ago and take the position as a senior developer.it's really nice to
work here.
2.    What’s your advantage and disadvantage?
    i have a strong technical background in software and experienced with microsoft development techniques and i believe i can make some positive contributions
to our team.  
    for my disadvantage i am not good at english communications with native speakers. I have to improve english communications skills as soon as possible.

3.    Which project you are most proud of? Why you feel proud of it?
    most proud of? about 4 years ago when i was working in GrapeCity which is a japanes company. i was involved a project called NiSoNa NetBank project .
this is a biggest project i have undertook unitl now ,we had almost 60 developers in China team. from this project i learned a lot both on techniques and software
design .Moreover I also gained a better understanding about software development process.


4.    What’s Agile process? Why use Agile process? When should we not using Agile process?
    it's a software development method. it promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and
delivery and encourages rapid and flexible response to changes.
    we can use Agile process when user requirements are changing frequently

    we have to avoid agile process if
we have to formally document the requirements ,design,code and test case during each phase of software development life cycle.
we need to follow the tradtional software management process and procedures.
application users are not always accessbible to you .
the project team can not adapt to changes in working durations


5.    Why you apply for this position? How you think of your next job?
    you know i am taking the position as senior developer ,i think this position will give me the chance to gain new techniques.
new skills and improve my english communication skills with native speakers.  
        Antoher important reason for me to appy for this position is that  i am very interesting in finance domain in myself. And your commay
is a leading Wall-Street based  commpany  in fiance industry and i will be very proud of working for such a  commany. it's really appreicated if you
offer me the chance.
