Disable Breakpoint Sorting At Startup

This extension automatically disables the Sorting of Breakpoints in the breakpoint window when a Visual C/C++ project is loaded for the first time.

Since it is not possible to disable breakpoint sorting by default in the Visual Studio options, this extension saves the user from needing to manually navigate to the Breakpoints window, right click on the column list, and choose "Sort By" -> "Disable Sorting" every time that Visual Studio is launched.
