背景提示：

刚装的：wordpress-4.7.3-zh_CN.zip

由于是刚装的吧， 程序通信上存在问题，所以一直报这个错误，多刷新几次就行了！  对于 【插件】和【主题】需要等一会，大概10-20分钟后就正常了！

起初遇到问题时，去找解决方案！大概也就过了10-20分钟后，刷新页面就正常了！
