Leads qualified process

1. My Open Leads
    Set up different view to manage leads, for example:
    Today's leads
     Leads sorted by lead type

2. Working Leads
     When working a lead, set up a series of tasks, which may vary by lead type. for Example:
     Day 1: Personalize mass email
     Day 2: Call/voicemail
     Day 3: Call/voicemail
     Day 7: Personalize mass email

3. Establish Contact?
    Archive dead leads
    Use email marketing and call downs to re-market to archived leads.

4. Qualified?
    Archive dead leads
    Use email marketing and call downs to re-market to archived leads

5. Qualification Questions
     Define qualification question, such as:
     Current situation
     Product of interest
     Timeframe
     Key decision makers
     If the lead is qualified, convert it into a contact, with an associated opportunity and account.
