Teststand-并行测试模型设置步骤

1、菜单栏:Edit→sequence file properties→Advanced→Type:Normal,Model Option:Use Station Model;

2、菜单栏:Configure→Model→Station Model:ParalelModel.seq

Execution:Enable Tracing:speed:此处选择序列运行速度,拖到slow端一般是为了调试时缓慢运行程序,观察运行状态和所需数据,当序列为最终版时需拖至Fast,以提高执行效率。

3、菜单栏:Configure→Model Options:Number of Test Sockets:此处设置需要执行的UUT数量,比如双工位则为2,10工位则为10。

以上是并行测试模型的设置步骤,如果第二步没有设置成功则不能调出第三步的模型设置。
