ERROR: After October 2020 you may experience errors when installing or updating packages

问题：

需要用camelot来解析pdf的表格，因此使用pip命令来安装。

pip install camelot-py

安装成功后报了个错：

ERROR: After October 2020 you may experience errors when installing or updating packages. This is because pip will change the way that it resolves dependency conflicts.

We recommend you use --use-feature=2020-resolver to test your packages with the new resolver before it becomes the default.

pdfplumber 0.5.28 requires pdfminer.six==20200517, but you'll have pdfminer-six 20201018 which is incompatible.

 大致意思应该是在更新后pip解决依赖库的冲突的方法发生了改变，所以在使用库的时候可能会报错。因此官方建议在pip后面增加下面的这个字段，来解决依赖冲突的问题。

pip install camelot-py --use-feature=2020-resolver
