VIPCA的时候，ons出现问题。

这里是移除了/etc/hosts里面的127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost导致，ons需要ping localhost所以这里ping不到导致错误。

解决方法，加上127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
