Oracle 数据库连接错误解决方法

出现了ORA-12170: TNS: 连接超时的情况.

通过SQL*PLUS, TOAD等Oracle客户端连接Oracle Server时出错的解决步骤：

1> Ping Oracle_Server_IP

The ping utility is used to test the connectivity to a remote machine.

2> Tnsping / tnsping Oracle_Server_IP

The tnsping utility is used to determine whether or not an Oracle service can be successfully reached.

3> netstat -na　

查看下端口，一般监听端口为1521

4> 查看是否有防火墙开启
