vsftp连接报错“FTP response 421 received. Server closed connection.”

应用连接：
org.apache.commons.net.ftp.FTPConnectionClosedException: FTP response 421 received.  Server closed connection.

ftp命令连接：
ftp 172.22.73.1
Connected to 172.22.73.1 (172.22.73.1).
421 Service not available.

解决办法：
vi /etc/hosts.allow
在最后添加
vsftpd: All:allow

tail /etc/hosts.allow
