Sight

See is used for the general ability to use your eyes。

I can’t see without my glasses。

Look（look at）is used to mean to see something carefully。

Watch is used to pay attention to something，often something moving。

Hearing

Hear is used for the general ability to use your ears。

I heard music playing in my room。

He didn’t hear the teacher calling。

Listen to is used to mean to hear something carefully

He listened to the lecture and took notes。
