erp server login show error

情况是这样的
login as applprod
出现
GConf error:Failed to contact configuration server;some possible cause are that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for

的错误窗口一个
另外还有6个Error窗口
错误内容为：An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for gnome-panel.Some of your configuratin

settings may not work properly
点detail的内容就是GConf error的内容


还有一个Error
Error activation XKB configuration.
Probably internal X server problem.
X server version data:
The X.Org Foundation
60802000
If you report this situation as a bug.please include:
- The result of xprop -root|grep XKB
- The result of gconftool-2-R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/xkb

进入后没有正常情况下的applications and actions的（Menu)菜单

同样在open terminal也出现error

错误内容为：An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for gnome-panel.Some of your configuratin

as 4+application 10
ps install fresh之前root login 正常
install fresh之后root and applprod都不正常，出现以上的错误，请帮忙诊断一下，到底是哪里出了问题，感谢
