Concrete batching plant is composed of four parts: sand feeding, powder (cement, fly ash MP planetary concrete mixer, swelling agent, etc.) feeding, water and additive feeding, and transmission mixing and storage. After the control system of concrete mixer starts, the machine will enter the man-machine dialogue operation interface and the system will begin the initialization process, which contains formula number, concrete grade, slump degree, production volume, etc. According to the weighing result, concrete batching plant will test each stock bin and measuring hopper. The operator will decide whether to start the mixing control program according to the empty or full material signalconcrete batching plant?releases.
