Five ways to improve ball mill output

Ball Mill is widely used in powder making production line in industries, like mining, building materials and chemistry industries. Ball mill is a key equipment to grind all kinds of ores and rocks. when processing materials, its incomparable high capacity has surpassed several advantages. but how to improve the capacity is a series question. In general, there are five direct ways to improve ball mill output.

1. Set an impact crusher as fine crusher in the front stage of grinding when using ball mill. As a result, the mineral stone will be first crushed through the crusher. As the mineral particles become smaller in size, it is easy to reduce the grinding system load.

2. Operators should apply the lubricating oil to main shafts and bearings as soon as possible.

3. Check the grinding system regularly, if necessary, operators should change some broken parts.

4. Install a high-efficiency separator so as to lighten the load of ball mill. This way reduces the powder retrieval rate as well as the mill burden. Any of the three methods listed above can greatly improve the ball mill output.

5. The ball mill should be operated according to the regulations.

As we all know, when using a ball mill equipment, we should handle well the relationships between crushing, grinding and sorting. Operators should bear in mind that the premise of grinding is crushing, after the sorting, the grinding should be done.
