　　设备软件优化（DSO）领域的全球领先者风河系统公司（纳斯达克股票代码：WIND）今天宣布，它已签署一项收购总部设在韩国首尔的私人持股公司MIZI Research公司的协议，该公司重点开发基于嵌入式Linux的移动应用平台。MIZI成立于1999年，目前有65名员工，是移动市场最早的Linux先驱之一。通过这次收购，风河有望获得世界一流的移动专业知识，这些知识可被充分用于其各种移动联盟，并加速其在亚太地区的移动服务存在。
