解决方法：

vi tnsnames.ora

pospm =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS_LIST =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 10.21.204.1)(PORT = 1521))
    )
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVICE_NAME = posp)---改成数据库的db_unique_name就可以了
    )
