最近学习阿里云的微服务，启动就报错排查原因是jar 包问题，改个版本就好了

Description:

An attempt was made to call a method that does not exist. The attempt was made from the following location:

    org.apache.dubbo.config.spring.beans.factory.annotation.ReferenceAnnotationBeanPostProcessor.<init>(ReferenceAnnotationBeanPostProcessor.java:106)

去maven 仓库看最常用的dobo后改动就好了

            <exclusions>
