读取配置文件windows环境和linux环境不一致的问题

1、问题：
java.io.FileNotFoundException: class path resource [fdfs_client.conf] cannot be resolved to absolute file path because it does not reside in the file system: jar:file:/home/zfd_datacenter/pkgs/manager-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar!/BOOT-INF/lib/tools-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar!/fdfs_client.conf

2、解决方案
linux环境无法读取jar包中的配置文件，所以需要用流的方式进行读取，创建临时文件，然后删除
