14. Longest Common Prefix-python

Write a function to find the longest common prefix string amongst an array of strings.

思路

1. 随机选取一个字符作为最长公共前缀
2. 遍历这个前缀的每个字符
3. 若所有的字符串都含有这个字符，则最长公共前缀指针前进1
