No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android 问题解决

 android studio 更新NDK之后，编译项目，报No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android 错误

解决过程：

1.将gradle-wrapper.properties文件修改如下

distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.6-all.zip

2 讲build.gradle文件classpath

ext.kotlin_version = '1.2.51'

dependencies {
    classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.2.0'
    classpath "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:$kotlin_version"

    // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong
    // in the individual module build.gradle files
}

经过以上修改编译成功
