一个好用的全局异常捕获器

好久没写博客了,拿着个凑个数吧,这是一个全局异常捕获器,可以直接shotdown程序也可以再次重启程序,会将错误信息生成文件,方便上传至服务器,上传操作没有做,复制就能用!
