centos7 安装最新版 mariadb 10.x 方法

centos7中如果使用默认命令安装 yum install mariadb mariadb-server，安装的是 5.x的，而不是 10.x的。而 最新的 mariadb 10.x 是支持 select partition table，5.x 不支持，所以必须升级。
方法，自建 repo：

Mariadb 10.1
