解决方法

代码中Geo的实例化方法是老版，适用于0.5版本的pyecharts。
1、在命令提示符中用如下命令卸载当前版本的pyecharts

pip uninstall pyecharts

2、用如下命令安装旧版

pip install pyecharts==0.5.9
