code review experience

if a  company wants  its systems to  be maintainable ,flexibile ,extensible ,readable.during the process of the development,code view is very crucial.

,there are uaually some objective and subjective reasons causing the mess up of the code control.

like new comer ,they are not familiar with the programming, it is easy for them to write not good quality codes. or developers who are in charge of the project ,they are not stable,often transfer to other prjects.that also causes problems.

the usually projcess of the code review are following,let us take a look at key points:

1 the author wrote the codes

2 the reviewer checked the codes

3 if there are someing problem occuring,reviewer submitted a report, author check the codes according the report,if agreed ,commited.otherwise ,go back to the step 2
