communication ,it can be simple ,it also can be very complicated. maybe you will say communication just let someone know what is your intention and you know what their purposes.
but during a project,it involves so many people and resource,how can you become a active project manager ,not a passive project manager?
in short,in my view, communication menas where when how to pass the informations to others
the follwoing are the steps:
1 knowing the pepople who involved project
2 knowing of information requirement of these people
3 sorting it out by information requirement
4 deciding when to send the information
5 deciding who to send the infomration
6 delivering the message
7checking whether it is wokring or not
