解决Anaconda4.2 Navigator打不开的问题

在navigator的日志目录：
C:\Users\xx\.anaconda\navigator\logs\navigator.log

下发现了和原博主一样的问题： 

The requested URL was not found on the server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again

 

按照博主的方法更新了Navigator,解决了问题。
