inet_ntoa编译提示警告： 格式 ‘%s’ expects argument of type ‘char *’, but argument 2 has type ‘int’ [-Wformat]

今天在做Linux下广播的时候，在编译期间inet_ntoa函数报警告： 格式 ‘%s’ expects argument of type ‘char *’, but argument 2 has type ‘int’ [-Wformat]

在运行的时候会报错误：段错误 (核心已转储)

我的报错的程序是：

printf("\nClient connection information:\n\t IP: %s, Port: %d\n",
                            (char *)inet_ntoa(from_addr.sin_addr),
                            ntohs(from_addr.sin_port));

根据编译警告，是‘%s’需要的是‘char *’，而inet_ntoa函数返回的是int。通过查inet_ntoa函数发现其原型是： char *inet_ntoa (struct in_addr);

查了一下谷歌：有这个提示

however, apparently you don't include<arpa/inet.h> - this can cause this warning, as the compiler may default to interpret an undeclared function as one returning an int.

意思是要包含这个头文件<arpa/inet.h>。
