去本地maven仓库发现:

解决方法1自己手动添加：

命令行运行:

mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.oracle -DartifactId=ojdbc14 -Dversion=10.2.0.2.0 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\ojdbc14xx.jar

解决方法2 去本地仓库删除下载错误:
