Oracle client uninstall and reinstall

Background:

My machine is installed Oracle client 11.2, but some commands are missing. maybe it's not installed properly due to the installation type (Administrator, Custom, others... ) during previous installation.

SO, when I try to use the "Deinstall" which is in the installer. but it's not working.

Then, I tried to delete  the oracle home manually : C:\Oracle . If  it's not be able to removed, try to restart the machine)

before removing, copy out C:\app\dingl\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora 

then check registry and delete relevant entries. but for my case, no oracle register entry was found.

Just try to install, choose "Administrator" and continue. Everything is fine after the installation.
