h5py报错：FutureWarning: Conversion of the second argument of issubdtype from `float` to `np.floating` ...

导入h5py的时候，报错：

/home/harris/anaconda3/lib/python3.6/site-packages/h5py/__init__.py:36: FutureWarning: Conversion of the second argument of issubdtype from `float` to `np.floating` is deprecated. In future, it will be treated as `np.float64 == np.dtype(float).type`.
from ._conv import register_converters as _register_converters

 

 这是一个语法警告，并非fatal error。可通过升级h5py解决：

 

解决办法：

对h5py进行更新升级

pip install h5py==2.8.0rc1
