该提示含义是通过443端口连接github.com错误。
事实上，访问github由于网络原因，经常无法访问，所以我们

git config --global --unset http.proxy#删除配置
git config --global http.proxy 127.0.0.1:xxxx#根据自己的代理插件设置全局端口
git config --local http.proxy 127.0.0.1:xxxx #为某个 git 项目单独设置代理

  打开Git命令页面，执行git命令脚本：修改设置，解除ssl验证

git config --global http.sslVerify "false"
