Make sure that your Computer and Phone are on the same LAN network.

STEP 1: Goto Apache -> config -> Apache (httpd.conf)

STEP 2: Find Listen 80 and replace it with Listen 8080

STEP 3: Check your local IP using ipconfig (cmd)

STEP 4: Goto Apache -> config -> Apache (httpd.conf) & find Localhost

               Replace localhost with your local IP & 80 with 8080

STEP 5: Goto Apache -> config -> Apache (httpd-xampp.conf) & find phpmyadmin

               Replace local with all granted

STEP 6: Goto xampp -> config -> service and port settings

               Replace main port 80 with port 8080

STEP 7: Restart your xampp server and hit your IP:8080 from your mobile or another computer.

(Don't forget to check if Appache http server is ticked for both public and private in windows defender firewall.)
