以下两种方法安装出来的结果一样的

第一种：standalone
1) choose "install manually without using the internet"
2) enter the "file installation key"
   38699-60149-36808-21840-05491
3) use "license_standalone.dat" when asked for license file


第二种：network
1) choose "install manually without using the internet"
2) enter the "file installation key"
   40736-02586-02713-46114-19557
3) if neccessary install "license manager"
4) use "license_server.dat" when asked for license file

To install MATLAB R2012b make next steps:
1. Run 'setup.exe', choose 'Install without using the Internet', enter serial: 23809-26556-08469-31324
2. Choose 'Custom install' to select needed components. 
3. Activate with file 'matlab2012b_std.dat' from this archive.
