“ Hi dears
I found a solution for this problem
It seems MATLAB programmers do silly in this case!
In some case e.g. win8 or x64 platforms, C++ 2005 can not be installed. MATLAB setup has C++ 2008 for this case but it don't switch it's default behavior for these cases. Now I suggest copy setup files in your hard(e.g: "D:\Setup\") and then copy all files in "D:\Setup\bin\win64\vc90" into "D:\Setup\bin\win64". Now C++ 2008 will be ran instead of C++ 2005.
I install my MATLAB successfully.
After installation, when you run MATLAB, this error will appears again, it can be solve similarly, just copy "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win64\vc90" to "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win64";
”
