echarts鼠标快速移开导致tootip无法正常关闭bug，解决方法

bug触发方式，echarts图形鼠标快速移出echarts图形，会有概率导致echarts图形始终处于鼠标移上去的状态，例：环状图：tootip会显示，鼠标最后移上去的那块数据也会被放大。

解决方法：
