解决方法

// 进入根目录
cd 项目根目录

git config --global url."https://".insteadOf git://

fatal: unable to access https://github.com/nhn/raphael.git/

解决方法

1、git config --global url."https://" .insteadOf git://

2、可能是下载内容太大导致问题处理
git config --global https.postBuffer 524288000

3、更改数据源 （已测有效）
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
