解决 schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/context

现在整合 SSH框架时，粗线一个问题。每当Junit进行单元是测试时都有这样的报错。。

“Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.3.0.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not ”

上网查了很久。未果

大多数都是说  配置文件与版本的jar包文件不相配。

但是，beans.xml头文件 我特么就是在官网copy的，jar包也是和配置文件相匹配的  3.0   还特么报错、

妹的。

无意之间。终于知道怎么回事了。。。

在beans.xml里面的头配置  官网是这样的。。

    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

    xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"

    xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans

        http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.3.0.xsd

        http://www.springframework.org/schema/context

        http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context.3.0xsd">

要想不出现错误。。。必须把上面代码中的  3.0 去掉

    xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans

        http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd

困扰好久  终于解决了    但是是因为什么   ，就不清楚了。

有弄明白的求告知。。。
