[LeetCode] Read N Characters Given Read4

The API: int read4(char *buf) reads 4 characters at a time from a file.
The return value is the actual number of characters read. For example, it returns 3 if there is only 3 characters left in the file.
By using the read4 API, implement the function int read(char *buf, int n) that reads n characters from the file.

Note:
The read function will only be called once for each test case.

int read4(char *buf);

基本思路：

1)调用read4()逐步来读取n个字符

2)几种情况需要考虑：

a)n < 4，直接返回读到的数据

b)n大于文件中实际长度，读到文件结束位置

        int sum,cnt;
        sum = cnt = 0;
        while(n > 0){

            if(cnt > n){ //read data more than requested
                cnt = n;
            }
            buf += cnt;
            n -= cnt;
            sum += cnt;
        }

        return sum;
