ogg 启动extract  报错：

ERROR   OGG-00303  Unable to connect to database using user
 oggdr. Ensure that the necessary privileges are granted to the user.
Login to the database as user oggdr failed because of error Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-018004

打开extract 配置文件：
ggsci> edit params extect

发现oracle在修改的时候不小心把 “/” 符号漏掉了。 完整路径是  D:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1

将符号添加上，成功启动。 

猜测出现这种问题就是 oracle_home /oracle_sid 等其他oracle 配置错误。
