SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.70 Ext. Set 1.0 SR1 only: DDIC and SAP* passwords
Right before you start the database export, you must set the passwords for the users DDIC and SAP* in client 000 to the default value. Otherwise, the error "Unable to open an RFC connection" in step sCHANGESAPSTARPassword occurs. After the export, reset the passwords to the previous values.

Download of latest R3LDCTL version
Before you start the export you must download the latest version of R3LDCTL from SAP Service Marketplace (service.sap.com/patches) and apply it to your system. Thus, you can avoid a public key error in the database during the import.
